NAMI Lowcountry Board President Recognized as Zonta “Outstanding Woman of the Year”
Alex Joseph — assistant solicitor for the 14th Circuit Solicitor’s Office — was recognized by the Zonta Clubs of Hilton Head and Bluffton with the ‘ 2017 Outstanding Woman of the Year’ award at the Hilton Head Island-Bluffton Chamber of Commerce’s annual ball Saturday night.

Joseph serves on the membership Committee of the South Carolina Women Lawyers Association, is involved in Junior League of Savannah, tutors students at the Boys & Girls Club of Bluffton and serves as vice president of the board on National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) Lowcountry, according to a chamber press release. Joseph has been with the solicitor’s office for two years and previously was employed in the same position in Atlanta.
